- Employees must submit a copy of their ID or passport for identity verification. These documents are for one-time verification purposes only and will be deleted immediately after confirmation.
- For additional security, a selfie is requested to confirm your identity. This image is also only used for verification purposes and is then deleted.
- We only store first name, last name, email address and telephone number in the long term to ensure up-to-date communication. The telephone number is required to clarify important information and agreements without customers having to communicate directly with employees.

Editing employee profiles:
Employees have the option to edit their profile on the platform.
The following data can be adjusted by employees:

The employee’s name remains unchanged as it is required in direct communication with customer service and for administrative purposes.

When we receive a complaint from a customer or employee, we handle it in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular the data protection laws of the European Union. All complaints received are examined and we take the necessary steps to resolve the matter in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes responding in a timely manner and, where appropriate, taking the necessary measures to resolve the complaint.
We store all relevant data related to the complaint, including the message and date, for a maximum period of one year. After this period, this data is securely deleted in accordance with our internal data protection policy.
